Rebecca is able to tease out the signal from the noise in order to break down complex problems and find the path to manageable solutions. She brings expertise in budgeting, contracts, systems and processes improvement, human resources management, staff supervision, writing, copy-editing, and early childhood program management. Rebecca has over 30 years of experience working in organizations representing a wide variety of sectors: nonprofit, foundation, local government, and for-profit.
Prior to her move to the DC area, Rebecca directed early childhood education programs serving children with and without developmental disabilities at HeartShare Human Services in New York. Before joining SRC, Rebecca directed the bilingual child care center at the Inter-American Development Bank for over twelve years. Rebecca earned an M.Div. degree with a focus on interreligious dialogue from Harvard University and has completed graduate level coursework in early childhood curriculum and instruction. She has a B.A. in Mathematics from Wellesley College.
