As a passionate former educator, Vanessa has dedicated her career to fostering equity and inclusivity within education. She strongly believes that every child deserves equal opportunities to thrive and succeed. Witnessing the growth and development of young minds has been immensely rewarding and inspiring to her. Her combined experiences as an educator and research assistant fueled her commitment to join the School Readiness Consulting team in making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. Her strengths lie in harmonizing diverse perspectives and creating an inclusive environment where everyone's voice is valued and heard. With a deep sense of empathy, she understands and connects with the unique experiences of others, allowing her to better support and advocate across teams.

Vanessa has expertise in child development and family systems. Vanessa supports SRC teams with internal and external communications, timelines, and deliverables. She assists in planning and managing project logistics such as internal and external meetings, social media and website development, and specific project tasks. 

Vanessa has a B.S. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. She has had the privilege of utilizing her deep understanding of child development and family systems in the realm of early childhood education, honing her expertise through hands-on experience in diverse classroom settings.

Approaching her work with ingenuity and curiosity, Christiane constantly seeks innovative solutions and fresh perspectives, driven by a commitment to continuous learning and growth. Her unique background and multicultural experiences fuel her dedication to creating impactful, forward-thinking strategies that empower children and communities.

Since 2003, Christiane has dedicated her career to social development, multiculturalism, and education. She brings extensive expertise in multiculturalism, data management, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a strong focus on immigrant and minority issues. As a certified observer for ITERS-3 and FCCERS-3, Christiane leverages her deep understanding of these areas to enhance childcare program quality and support the development of diverse communities.

Christiane holds a BA in Sociology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City, followed by an MA and Ph.D. in Social Science from of L’Ecole des Hautes Etudes in France. Her academic background in sociology and social sciences has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding complex social dynamics, which she applies in her work in social development, multiculturalism, and early childhood education.
